Our vision
KLAVA was founded in 2021 with a clear vision: to improve access to care in the treatment of addictions. Stigma and discrimination surrounding addictive disorders delay access to healthcare, creating gaps in treatment.
In September 2024, Quitoxil® became the first French digital therapeutic to be distributed in pharmacies. With several thousand downloads, KLAVA aspires to establish a new standard in addiction care and position itself as a European leader.
Clinical relevance
Developed by addiction specialists, psychologists, and tobacco treatment experts, our digital therapeutic is built on recognized medical expertise and is currently undergoing clinical studies.
Data protection
KLAVA relies on a secure infrastructure, hosted in a Google Cloud environment certified for healthcare data hosting (HDS), ensuring the confidentiality of health data in strict compliance with the French Public Health Code (Article L.1111-8).

Our clinical partner
In collaboration with the Addiction Department at AP-HP Paul Brousse Hospital—the leading addiction research department in Europe, KLAVA is committed to improving patient access to equitable care in addiction treatment.
The Addiction Department at Paul Brousse Hospital is a renowned center for the assessment and treatment of addictions, welcoming nearly 100 patients daily. The center adopts a multidisciplinary approach, combining research, patient care, and academic excellence.
